Tell us about your facility and we start with a site audit. We walk your zones, show you everything that can be monitored and what each one would tell you, and you decide how deep it goes — some facilities monitor rooms, some monitor the power and the equipment that keeps those rooms cold.

Automated alerting runs around the clock, and we target a same-business-day response on anything affecting a monitoring system. In practice we are usually back within three hours.

$425 per monitored point, $3,900 per gateway, $25 per point per month with an $895 monthly minimum, and $2,500 a year for the Compliance Assurance plan. The same numbers are on our pricing page and in our FAQ. What the estimator cannot know is how many gateways your building actually needs — that comes out of the audit.
